At KC WEX Training, we are dedicated to empowering young people with additional needs to successfully reintegrate back into education. 

Our mission focuses on supporting those who are at risk of, or are currently classed as NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training). We specialise in supporting individuals with neurodivergent traits such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), Social, Emotional and/or Mental Health (SEMH), and those who may be at risk or Permanent Exclusion (PEX).

We understand every young person is unique, and our programme is meticulously tailored to meet the individual needs of each participant.  By providing a supportive and flexible learning environment, we aim to foster confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. 

Our dedicated team of professionals collaborates closely with students, their families, schools, and the local authority to create personalised pathways that not only address EHCP outcomes, but also promotes overall well-being. 

Our programmes aligns with the PACE principles (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity and Empathy) and is underpinned by the B.A.S.E Principles - Behaviour, Acceptance, Social, Engagement.

Through our innovative approaches, we strive to break down barriers to education, enabling young people to thrive both personally and academically.
